It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a UK 14 days returns policy in cases which:

-The item does not fit you
-You are not satisfied with the quality
-Or you have simply changed your mind

Provided that:

-The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
-The item is not a sale item
-The item is not a bodysuit, swimwear or lingerie (for hygiene reasons).
-The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date
-A receipt and proof of purchase is available

-Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits & lingerie are strictly excluded.
-Should our return policy not been honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.

Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a store credit.

Returns made from outside the UK will be offered a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. All custom charges are down to the customer.
A LemonLunar store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 12 months.


Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We cannot accept returns for any jewellery
Please note if you receive a LemonLunar box with your order, this needs to be returned with your returned order otherwise £5 will be deducted.

Please include your invoice with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your refund /exchange as quickly as possible, if this is not present please write a written note with all your details.


Exchanges are in the form of credit notes, we will email over a credit note code (discount code with the total amount) for you to re order your exchange.

Faulty Items:                                                              

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition when delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit or full refund provided:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
  • Any damages or faults must be reported within 24hrs of delivery.
  • All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty. 


Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We reserve the right not to refund you if we have proof of delivery i.e GPS tracking, customers signature or photographic evidence of safe place.

– We reserve the right not to refund you if you’ve lost your postage tracking receipt.
